Slim Forsythe hails from the Northern Tier Counties 
of the Great Keystone State of Pennsylvania.

He's played Champaign, Illinois; Sioux City, Iowa, Denver, Gunnison, Crested Butte, Colorado; Seattle, Las Vegas, Sedona, Arizona; Nashville, Morgantown and Wheeling, West Virginia, Rochester, New York.  

Currently based at Nied's Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA
